HOUSTON -- Customers who have immediate travel plans to any of the cities listed below may reschedule or reroute travel once, without a penalty, through Sept. 14, 2007.

The fastest and most convenient way to change travel plans is via continental.com > "Tropical Storm Humberto." Customers should to enter their confirmation number and last name in "Manage Reservations." Customers may also call Continental Airlines reservations at 800-525-0280 or their travel agent.

    Affected cities are:

    Houston, Texas
    Beamont, Texas
    College Station, Texas
    Victoria, Texas
    Lake Charles, Louisiana

A change to origin or destination city may result in additional charges. If a flight has been canceled, a refund in the original form of payment can be requested. Complete details of this policy, a weather advisory and real time flight status are available at continental.com.
