IBERIA OFFERS NEW “DIRECT LUGGAGE” SERVICE

Madrid - As of today, Iberia offers its customers a new service called “Direct Luggage”, whereby luggage can be picked up and delivered to the passenger’s door by the parcel express company IBEXPRESS/CACESA at special rates for Iberia customers.

This service is available in all communities, with or without airports, seven days a week, and for flights within mainland Spain and Portugal, the Balearic and Canary Islands, and in the European Schengen area countries, plus the United Kingdom.

The “Direct Luggage” service is available in several forms. In mainland Spain and the Balearic islands, for instance, pickup and delivery can be accomplished on the same day, including Sundays and holidays, or on the following day. An express service is available for international flights, and a more economical service ensures delivery within approximately 72 hours.
