MAS wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated an off-shore Company under the name of Kelip-Kelip II Labuan Limited at a paid-up capital of USD1.00 in cash for its operation.

None of its directors, major shareholders and/or person connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the transaction.
